Letter carving for house signs:
Since 2012, WERGIWOOD offers a letter carving service for quality house and directional signs, door signs and other uses.

Going Cheesy
Cheese and chopping boards seem to be the latest craze  on the wooden craft scene.
WERGIWOOD, however, offers something different. 500 years old boards can decorate your table and take care of your preferred food: mature cheeses. (see picture). Handles on the boards will also make the difference.

Wood turning classes for beginners
Be part of CREATIVE IRELAND: Learn the art of woodturning.

WERGIWOOD is running a 12 hours beginners classes. Most classes will  be run for 6 weeks @ 2h per week. Day or evening classes. Alternative arrangement can be made to run the classes over 2 days (6h./day)

Studio - Workshop in a Prime Location:
Our studio/workshop will reopen from March 17, 2013 till the end of October 2013 in the magestic surroundings of
Russborough House, Blessington Co.Wicklow. 

We are sharing the studio with our friend Eamonn Heffernan, from Eamonn Art, specialising in bog oak wood carving.

President McAleese visits Russborough
At the end of her forteen years tenure as President of the Republic of Ireland, Mary Mc Aleese visited Russoborough House. The President was presented with a 
WERGIWOOD walnut bowl on the occasion.
